FAQs!

Pink N Moist is based in San Francisco and serves the entire Bay Area specializing in Custom Desserts. We offer a wide assortment of delicious desserts from Custom Cakes and Cake Pops, Gourmet Cupcakes, Drunken Strawberries, French Macarons and Customized Oreos to Complete Dessert Buffets and Set Ups.   

  

  • To begin the ordering process, please send an email via the contact form, letting us know the date of your event, design or theme you have in mind, number of guests to be served and if applicable, location of delivery. Pink N Moist will then provide a custom quote. Complexity of design and theme is by far the biggest factor in determining the final cost of your order.

  • All orders are taken by email. This allows us to exchange images and maintain a digital record of discussion.

  • Consultations/Tastings are only held for cakes serving 150 or more. A $50 fee must be paid in advance via credit card, to reserve your consultation/tasting. This fee is applied to your order total, once your order has been placed.

  • We request a minimum of three weeks-notice for all orders, however we often book up much sooner. Dates are subject to availability. It is not at all unusual for us to book up months in advance. We recommend contacting us as soon as you have your event date and theme confirmed. Orders may be placed as soon as 6 months in advance. On rare occasions we may be able to accommodate short notice orders if our schedule allows. These orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. 

  • Pink N Moist will send a payment request/invoice through Paypal. Paypal securely accepts all major credit cards. If you prefer, a Credit Card payment can be made over the phone. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt. If unpaid within 48 hours, your invoice will be cancelled.

  • An order is Confirmed only when a 50% retainer has been received by Pink N Moist.  The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to delivery. Orders may be placed as soon as 6 months in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All retainers received are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation. Our confections are custom works that often require planning and prepping weeks in advance. All orders are made to order custom creations, they cannot be re-sold.

DELIVERY POLICY: 

We offer delivery throughout the San Francisco/Bay Area. Delivery fees are calculated by actual distance and any toll fees incurred. Customer must arrange to have someone on site and available by phone at agreed upon time to accept delivery.

PICK UP POLICY: 

You may opt to pick up your order from our San Francisco location, however, due to the extremely fragile nature of these mediums, Buyer will assume All Responsibility for goods you choose to self-transport. Pink N Moist Is Not Responsible for any damage incurred after pick up from our location.
